Booked a room with lots of amenities, the staff were friendly, and the location was fantastic.

i booked a suite, it was great and had multi-channel tv, a microwave and a refrigerator. marvellous location in the middle of jackson was a plus. actually everything was great, my next choice again in stanley.

This venue served as a great hub for exploring the area, and we enjoyed dining at their restaurant on multiple occasions.

The hotel had friendly and welcoming staff, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, and the breakfast was satisfying with a variety of options. Guests also appreciated the kitchen facilities in the room, making it feel like a home away from home. The location provided convenience for visiting friends in town and had a helpful and accommodating staff.

The hotel had a problem with pigeons at the entrance, although the staff did their best to clean the area, steps need to be taken to drive away the birds.

Unlike other hotels I've stayed at recently, Mainstay Suites offered a breakfast, which was a pleasant surprise. The room itself was incredibly spacious and had a homely feel with its well-equipped kitchen and large bathroom. The cleanliness of the rooms, the comfort of the beds, and the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff were all additional highlights of our stay.
